All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Although our website is available to take your order 24 hours a day, shipping must still conform to regular postal hours. Repair or Replacement We will repair or replace damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise. Please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns and Credit We accept the return of any unopened products in re-sealable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please take the time and care that our Shipping Department took when packing the items you are returning to us. We cannot provide refunds for items that arrive damaged. Customer's choice of store credit or credit card refund will be applied as soon as the returned merchandise is received. Credit does not include shipping.
